Boarding policy
- Must pass the evaluation interview (shot record for DHLPP & Bordetella are required).
- Need to make a reservation for the evaluation interview. It is held on Monday, and Sunday at 11:30am and 3:00pm.
- Boarding rates are based on a 24 hour basis, if over 24 hours we charge for every extra hour until the cost reaches the 24 hour charge.
- Holiday Season 11/20~1/6 will be extra $5/per day
- Two days of daycare are required before the boarding.
- Basic grooming on the first day of the boarding.
- Shampoo every seven days of boarding
- Owner must provide your dog’s regular meals. $5.00 per a day if the dog food runs out.
- Boarding check in time - M-F 8am ~5pm / Sat, Sun, Holiday 9am ~4pm
- Boarding check out time - M-F 9am ~6pm / Sat, Sun, Holiday 9am ~5pm
- Payment - Payment needs to be made by check or cash on the first day of boarding. Please remember to include the fee of Basic grooming that will be done on the first day of boarding.
- 24 hours prior notice needed if there is any change for the boarding date or drop off time or pick up time.
- If you need full or basic grooming on the day of check out, please let us know.
- Male dogs over 9 months old must be NEUTERED.
- Minimum 2 days of half day care required within 30 days prior to boarding each time.
- Any health issues that your dog develops (including bite wounds) will be treated at Honolulu Pet Clinic or first available Veterinarian.
- Non-refundable reservation deposit is required during the holiday season(Nov 20~ Jan 6) because our space is very limited especially during this time of the year. 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of the booking to hold your reservation.
Boarding check list
Please bring....
- Dog food - Please write your dog’s name and feeding instructions on the bag.
- Medication (If needed) - Heartworm, Flea & Tick medication or any medications your dog needs during the stay. Please write the detailed instructions for each medication.
- Collar & Leash
- Emergency contact information - don’t forget to update your info if there are any changes.
- Monthly Flea /Tick / Heartworm prevention required.
